After booking your appointment online you'll receive an email to fill out a Consultation form followed by a custom Pinterest board and welcome packet with all the details to best prepare for your visit. I can't wait to meet you!

The Pre-Visit

The Consultation Form
After you book your appointment you will be emailed a consultation form to fill out so I can get an idea of your hair history, goals and any inspo. I love being prepared for my guests so once this form is submitted and your appointment is approved you'll be sent a custom Pinterest board with inspo pics .

Welcome Packet
Once your consultation form is submitted you'll also receive an email welcoming you to my studio. This will also include a link to my digital welcome packet which will contain helpful to prep for your appointment. No more arriving to an appointment with the new guest jitters.

Client App
You will also receive a link to my client app which you can save right to your home screen to make booking your next appointment a breeze! I also include links to products and tutorials. You can even submit a request for a tutorial. I'm always available to help! ​

Experience Customization Form
The day before your appointment you'll receive a text with a link to fill out your Experience Customization Form. This form lets you choose and set the vibe for your session! Choose the music, the aromatherapy, if you prefer a silent appointment, and any add-ons you like. This form is totally optional.

The Consultation
We will go over your goals and dive deep into your hair history so that I can let you know what is possible for your appointment that day. I'll provide my opinion on what might work best for your lifestyle and if needed a strand test will be done. It is always best to come prepared with various inspiration photos that reflect your own natural hair color. Throughout our session, we will discuss a hair routine that will align with your goals and even incorporate new healthy habits into your regimen in between appointments. For your following appointments we will always touch base with a mini consult to check on your hair and if you want to change it up.

Hair and Scalp Analysis
During the consultation we will also go over any scalp or hair issues such as, dandruff, thinning, oiliness , dry ends, breakage etc. I will give recommendations on a care plan and what we can do that day to help with any issues. Going over stress, or diet/medication can help bring clarity but I always suggest consulting your doctor.

The Shampoo Experience
After our consultation I'll lead you to the shampoo bowl where I provide a relaxing shampoo experience with the aromatherapy that you chose in your experience customization form. The shampoo is followed scalp and neck massage that you can also choose to extend if you really want to bliss out. Â A hot towel with essential oils is then placed over your head to further enhance the aromatherapy.

Luxury Upgrades
During your appointment you can choose to upgrade to an extended scalp massage with the sounds of singing bowls thanks to spotify., or you can choose a custom deep conditioning treatment, shine treatment , or a scalp detox and scrub. Reparative k18 treatments are included in all lightening services.

Elevated Amenities
No need to worry about whether you forgot your charger or snacks. I make sure you are covered with all the essentials you need for your appointment. If you need to get work done I provide wifi, phone chargers, a lapdesk, and covers for your eyeglasses so they don't get stained by color. Snacks and beverages like coffees, teas, and seasonal goodies from trader joes next door are also available.

A One on One Semi Private Suite
You'll never have to worry about being juggled between multiple clients. I only ever work on once guest at a time in order to provide a more elevated, relaxing experience. I have a big window with a gorgeous view of the Monrovia Foothills and a sliding glass door with a privacy curtain. On Friday's we get a visit from a local fruit and juice vendor if you are in the mood for a healthy treat!

Ongoing Styling lessons
During your blow-dry I will always offer styling tips so you can recreate what I do at home. This is a great time to ask me all the questions!

Post Visit Email
You'll also receive a post visit email letting you know what and when to book your next service as well as links to any product recommendations we talked about during your session. The first appointment might leave your head swimming with information so I'll be sure to leave notes in that email. Setting you up for success at home will insure that you get the most out of your new color or extensions. You'll also receive a reminder email to book your next service 2 weeks before you're due. My books open 31 days in advance.
